JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Business Development Team and our technical teams. You will be responsible for presenting our technical solutions to clients and prospective clients, ensuring that our customers understand the value and capabilities of our products and/or services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with the Business Development Team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Address customer technical inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, earning their trust.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies.
- Create technical documentation, such as proposals, statements of work, and deployment of our products or services.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Experience in working with Business Development Team(s).
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
